Meet the team
Benjamin Chatwin
Chiropractor and rehabilitation
I’ve always had a passion for movement, health and helping people perform at their best. Before qualifying as a chiropractor, I spent several years working in the climbing industry and have over 10 years of climbing experience, alongside a passion for calisthenics and strength training. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how the body moves and firsthand insight into both injury recovery and performance.
This passion led me to complete a Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. My approach combines evidence-informed chiropractic care with rehabilitation, movement coaching and patient education. I have a keen interest in helping individuals through a holistic approach to healthcare, recognising that long-term health is influenced by factors such as movement, sleep, stress, nutrition and lifestyle, and not just the symptoms that bring someone into the clinic.
Whether you’re dealing with back or neck pain, recovering from an injury or looking to improve your physical performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and return to the activities that matter most. Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me climbing, training calisthenics, hiking or exploring the outdoors with friends and family.

Bethan Riach
Alexander technique and Massage therapist
I have encountered and pursued my training through my journey of understanding how we can move and live well, and how to share that learning with my students and clients. The Alexander Technique is often thought of as a tool for good posture but this work is so much broader, offering a set of thinking technologies and principles that you can apply to overcoming any unhelpful habits of thought and body (including posture!) to find more ease and prevent injury during the activities you love or do repetitively, from yoga to singing to playing an instrument or sitting at desk and typing. I teach this work in groups, workshops or 1-1. My journey in remedial & sports therapy was led by a desire to understand and support the journey to recovery for students who arrive in class with old and new injuries. Massage can help ease muscular tension and promote recovery from injury, sessions include postural assessment and performance advice.

Stanley Connell
Holistic and deep tissue massage therapy
In summary, massage is a wonderfully immediate and practical way of taking care of each other. Through safe, intentional touch we can get back ‘in touch’ with ourselves. We sense ourselves again yet changed. As “grounded” and “spacious”, “long” or “light”, “pain-free”, “safe and cared for”. Moved and unstuck. Every body different, each time an opportunity to learn.
Treatments are tailored to your needs, listening to whatever you bring; aching muscles to frazzled nerves. Sessions last either 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Currently, first time treatments get £10 off.

Hazel Bugler
Chiropractor and yoga instructor
"Hello! As a Chiropractor, I take a multidisciplinary, holistic approach. This is where I tailor each treatment to my patients specific needs. I have been lucky enough over the past 16 years to work alongside some of the most experienced Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and body workers. My approach is a fusion of this knowledge where I combine adjustment techniques, soft tissue work, yoga therapy, breathwork, needling and rehabilitation to provide a unique approach to patient care."
