Hazel Bugler

Chiropractor and yoga instructor

"Hello! As a Chiropractor, I take a multidisciplinary, holistic approach. This is where I tailor each treatment to my patients specific needs. I have been lucky enough over the past 16 years to work alongside some of the most experienced Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and body workers. My approach is a fusion of this knowledge where I combine adjustment techniques, soft tissue work, yoga therapy, breathwork, needling and rehabilitation to provide a unique approach to patient care."

Lucy Dawkins

Massage therapist

Hello, I am Lucy and I am a holistic, remedial and sport massage therapist. I believe in not only utilising an intuitive awareness of what your body needs in the moment, which can be incredibly relaxing, but also incorporating my years of learning about the anatomy and physiology of the body into my treatments. If you are in pain, my aim is to get to the root cause of it and to apply an understanding that nothing works in isolation. I love using various techniques, such as myofascial release and muscle energy techniques in combination with deep tissue massage and other soft tissue techniques, so that you leave feeling even better than when you arrived and hopefully with a bit more knowledge about the needs of your body.

Callum Gillon

Massage therapist

The body fascinates me and I believe the work of massage can help us gain a better understanding of our own bodies. I want to share, through massage therapy, the skills and techniques I am forever developing as I increase my understanding of the human body. Currently, I am pursuing an undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the University of the West of England.

When not working I am practising yoga, geeking out about coffee, hiking in the mountains, going to gigs and finding Bristol’s best place for noodle soup.

Bethan Riach

Alexander technique and Massage therapist

I have encountered and pursued my training through my journey of understanding how we can move and live well, and how to share that learning with my students and clients. The Alexander Technique is often thought of as a tool for good posture but this work is so much broader, offering a set of thinking technologies and principles that you can apply to overcoming any unhelpful habits of thought and body (including posture!) to find more ease and prevent injury during the activities you love or do repetitively, from yoga to singing to playing an instrument or sitting at desk and typing. I teach this work in groups, workshops or 1-1. My journey in remedial & sports therapy was led by a desire to understand and support the journey to recovery for students who arrive in class with old and new injuries. Massage can help ease muscular tension and promote recovery from injury, sessions include postural assessment and performance advice.
