Leave the Tension: Yoga Workshop for the low back

Thursday 20th February, 6-8pm Yogasara

Do you suffer with tension in your lower back, hips and glutes? Have you had a previous low back injury? Then this workshop is an ideal way to relieve tension, stress and tightness and learn the tools on how to help yourself.

As a Chiropractor I have treated thousands of patients with symptoms of tension and stress in the low back. In this workshop I have combined my knowledge as a Chiropractor and Yoga instructor to deliver an interactive session suitable for all students, including those with little previous yoga experience.

The workshop will start with a flow class designed to relieve tension in the lower back and then move into exercises to self-release, massage and relax. The 2-hour session will end with complete a complete relaxation. During the workshop l will provide hands on feedback and facilitations and will be available after the workshop for any advice needed for particular injuries and problems. Afterwards there will also be tea and cake - whoop! Any questions just get in touch!
