Women's Breath Circle
Saturday 22nd March 2025, 9.30am - 12pm Redland, Bristol
Join me for a morning of pranayama, meditation, dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, moving into a short-form conscious connected breathe and finishing in nidra. Afterwards we will share tea and chocolate.

Conscious Connected Breathe - (CCB) is a type of breathwork where you over-breathe to take yourself into an altered state. The technique of this is taught to you and there are options to take it easy or go deeper over the short form period (around 20 mins).
​
This workshop is suitable for those women who regularly attend yoga classes and do not have any health problems. If you are not sure please do reach out.

Charity Yoga workshop

Thursday 9th December, 6-8pm Yogasara
This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the ideal opportunity to escape the craziness of life and release and let go of tension.
​
The session will begin with a short talk about the breath, stress and how we hold tension. Then will move into Vinyasa flow yoga with emphasis on the areas of the body that we often hold tension and different postures and exercises to release.
​
In the second half of the workshop there will be the opportunity to learn self massage techniques and trigger point therapy. I will apply my knowledge of the body to guide you through the exercises. The workshop will then flow into restorative floor-based yoga postures with massage (for those happy with touch) and end with complete relaxation.
​
At the end there is tea and cake!

This workshop is designed to be appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga. All funds raised will go towards Caring at Christmas, a charity helping homelessness in Bristol.

Raising money for Caring at Christmas
This 2-hour online workshop will provide you with the ideal opportunity to gift yourself some time to escape life and release and let go of tension.

Leave the Tension: Yoga Workshop for the low back

Do you suffer with tension in your lower back, hips and glutes? Have you had a previous low back injury? Then this workshop is an ideal way to relieve tension, stress and tightness and learn the tools on how to help yourself.
As a Chiropractor I have treated thousands of patients with symptoms of tension and stress in the low back. In this workshop I have combined my knowledge as a Chiropractor and Yoga instructor to deliver an interactive session suitable for all students, including those with little previous yoga experience.
The workshop will start with a flow class designed to relieve tension in the lower back and then move into exercises to self-release, massage and relax. The 2-hour session will end with complete a complete relaxation. During the workshop l will provide hands on feedback and facilitations and will be available after the workshop for any advice needed for particular injuries and problems.
